our boy crisco turned 21 years old today. had to teach him about the bar scene.
my friend larissa, the "brazilian bombshell" is a bartender and told crisco about some of the things that happen when frequenting bars...

she didn't win. but i feel like the rest of us did. she went through with what she said she would do if she lost...

it was our cake-making friend renee's bday today. she makes us cakes all the time, so i figured i would try to make her something. thank god the puerto rican picker was here to help...





yeah, i'd say renee was a bit surprised...

so, this morning, i was ranting about how silly it is for people to dress up as characters when they see twilight this wknd. michelle quickly reminded me that i also did something that silly once. oh yeah...

michelle taylor told me that she would be good at acting like a baroness from the 1920's mob scene in chicago. so the puerto rican picker dressed michelle as the great baroness ravioli, mother of the mob boss. she had to stay in character the rest of the morning.

today is veteran's day. thank a vet. it's the least you can do after all that they have given to better your american way of life. check out these sites i mentioned on the show this morning...
